2. Water-soluble adhesives are allowed in three halls (WLH, - PG and Mali Hall), but not in the WG Hall and BSZ Hall. Violators in the latter hall may be penalized with loss of game or team's tournament exclusion. Likewise, any cleaning costs incurred will be charged to the team causing the violation. The first named team will provide the game ball.
3. The game will be played according to the rules and regulations of the IHF, but without time-out at 7m and without time-out / team-time-out in the group and placement games. Exceptions are quarter-finals, semi-finals and finals, where each team has one team time-out. Substitutions may be made at any time.
4. The rule 8:10/d is excluded from the tournament rules. Grossly unsportsmanlike conduct according to Regulation 8:9 a-f will be punished by disqualification. As usual, the penalty does not entail a suspension from the game. Grossly unsportsmanlike conduct according to Regulation 8:10 a-c is punished with a blue card and automatically results in a match suspension for the time being. The tournament committee decides on the further duration of the penalty.

9. The first named team has the throw-off and plays from the timekeeper's table from left to right. If there is a tie in jerseys, the first named team shall change playing attire. If a team plays with a different jersey color than specified in the game plan booklet or has no jersey color specified, they are required to change in case of doubt.
